Return Policy

We have a 31-day return policy, which means you have 31 days after receiving your item to request a return with any purchases made.

To be eligible for a return, products must bein their original packaging. Items that have been worn or watches whose plastic covers have been removed from the top, back, bracelet or crown of the watch, are not eligible for returns. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. In the unlikely case that the item is returned in an unacceptable condition we won't accept the return and the item will be sent back to you.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
