These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WAHJ Watches website (www.wahjwatches.com) and any purchases made through it. By using our website or buying our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To place an order on our website, you must be at least 16 years old. By ordering from us, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Products and Pricing

All product prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable UK taxes. We reserve the right to update prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

We make every effort to display product descriptions and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that all product details (such as colour or size) are perfectly accurate due to differences in screen displays and other variables.

4. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of:

  • Incorrect product pricing or description

  • Suspected fraud or abuse

  • Stock unavailability

If your order is cancelled, you will be notified and refunded in full.

5. Payment

We accept secure online payments via our checkout system. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. You are responsible for any transaction fees, duties, or taxes that may apply depending on your location.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship both domestically and internationally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

Please note:
We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by couriers or customs, but we will assist you in resolving any issues.

7. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 31-day return policy from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Customised or personalised items are non-returnable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3 working days, subject to approval.

8. Warranty

All WAHJ Watches come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage

  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Water damage (unless specified as water-resistant)

  • Unauthorized repairs

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, designs, logos, text, and code, is the intellectual property of WAHJ Watches and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our written permission.
